  • Execute the full sales cycle: generating leads, qualification, discovery, alignment, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and maintain Presentations, Handle objections, complaints, Close deals and Follow up.
  • Responsible for: market penetration, product & market development, diversification
  • Executes and Achieve the quantitative and qualitative sales plans and targets according to the commercial policy of the company
  • Build industry knowledge and full awareness of the competition and their offerings
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results status sales progress reports; daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses showing progress against established plans, goals, and targets.
  • improving upon current, successful sales initiatives to increase lead generation, conversion rates, and turnover.
  • Responsible for processing requests and RFP/RFQ responses, tenders, and contract administration management
  • overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Identify and cultivate specific customers within the assigned customer group or industry segment or geographic region. Facilitate the sales process from identifying potential markets to implementing sales orders or contracts to meet pre-set sales targets.
  • Reach established yearly sales targets and develop the market for industrial robot products. Identify and develop new customers alone or in conjunction with colleagues as a member of a sales team.
  • Translate the needs of the customer in the relevant offerings based on EGYRPBO’s Robotics product, system, and service portfolio.
  • Understand the underlying needs of the customer and identify new business possibilities, as well as maximizing the potential, with existing customers
  • Run the negotiations with the customer and move the business to the agreed-upon margins, as well as ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure that the sales proposals submitted are followed up and agreements are signed when appropriate and that they are by established requirements within the unit.
  • Fulfill the expected number of customer visits as established in consultation with the sales manager and make sure that the customer database is maintained updated regarding customer information, contact persons, businesses, and activities.
  • Ensure that agreements which have been entered into are complied with and that deliveries of products (goods and services) are implemented on time at the agreed-upon cost, on their own with the assistance of administrative sales support.


  •  Must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical sales-related jobs.
  • Must have work experience in the industrial sector
  • Good to know industrial robot systems & application in the manufacturing
  • Excellent oral and written communication in the English language.
