All prices for merchandise and services on this Website are quoted in Egyptian Pound, are valid and effective only in the Arab Republic of Egypt and are subject to change at any time without notice. The “Customer Savings” reflected in this Website is the difference between EgyRobo.com ‘ sale price and the MSRP provided to EgyRobo.com.

User shall be responsible for any tax or other governmental charge due to the sale, use or delivery of the merchandise, including, but not limited to, sales tax, use tax, retailer’s occupational tax, and Value Added Tax. EgyRobo.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for Orders to be delivered to addresses in any governorates or localities that it deems is required.

EgyRobo Refund and Returns Policy
Section 1: Return Policy
EgyRobo return and refund policy is valid for 30 calendar days from date of purchase. Post 30 calendar days, we reserve the right to decline you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
Once item is accepted from courier the transaction is deemed final. EgyRobo will not accept returns or provide refunds of any items accepted from couriers in damaged condition. It is strongly advised item be inspected prior to acceptance from courier.
Section 2: Return and Refund Exemptions
There are certain situations where EgyRobo may provide partial refunds but is not obliged to do so:
(i) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to error on part of EgyRobo.
(ii)Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
EgyRobo reserves the right to decline any return in either of the above mentioned (Section 6 sub section (i) and (ii)) cases.

Section 4: Return of Gift Items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, given the item meets return criteria as stated by EgyRobo Return and Refund policy, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, and the item meets return criteria as stated by EgyRobo Return and Refund policy we will send a refund to the gift giver who will be notified of the return.
Items must be unopened in the original packaging to be eligible for return and refund.
Section 5: Refund Processing & Notification
Once your return is received and inspected, EgyRobo will send you an email to notify you the returned item has been received at EgyRobo location. EgyRobo will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If returned item meets return and refunds criteria and items are approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a minimum of 60 days from approval.
Section 6: Late or missing refunds:
If items have been purchased by direct deposit, and you have not received a refund, first contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If item purchase was executed via credit card, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Section 7: Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs of returned item. Outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over EGP 1000, it is advised using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
